At CineDZ, your privacy matters. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Data Controller

The data controller for CineDZ is Elkeflux Creative Systems LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #32581, Casper, Wyoming 82609, USA. For Algerian-specific data processed under local law, the relevant contact is Echovision Films (Algeria).

2. Information We Collect

  • Account data: Name, email, username, profile photo, professional details
  • Content: Films, scripts, profiles, posts, and other uploaded material
  • Payment data: Billing address and payment tokens (cards processed by SATIM, Stripe, or dLocal — never stored by us)
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, device and browser information
  • Cookies: Session, preference, and optional analytics cookies

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your account and provide Services
  • To process payments (Algeria: via SATIM/BDL through Echovision; International: via Stripe/dLocal through Elkeflux)
  • To personalise your experience with AI recommendations
  • To send transactional notifications and, where consented, marketing emails
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud
  • To comply with Algerian law, US law, and GDPR obligations

4. Territorial Data Processing

CineDZ uses a territorial structure:

  • Algerian users & content: Data processed under Algerian law. Local payments and ONDA IP registrations handled by Echovision Films (Algeria).
  • International users & global content: Data processed by Elkeflux Creative Systems LLC (Wyoming, USA), stored on Hetzner servers (EU), subject to GDPR principles and US law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with: payment processors (SATIM, Stripe, dLocal); infrastructure providers (Hetzner, Bunny.net CDN); AI model providers (prompt data only, never account data); and legal authorities when required.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; export your data; and withdraw consent. Submit requests to privacy@elkeflux.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies maintain your session across all CineDZ sub-platforms (set for .cinedz.com domain). Optional analytics cookies may be disabled. See our Cookie Policy.

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active, then 90 days after deletion. Payment records are kept 7 years (legal requirement). Logs are retained 90 days maximum.

9. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS, bcrypt password hashing, encrypted database connections, and access controls. Report security issues to security@elkeflux.com.
