6. Payments & Transactions

1. Payment Methods Accepted
1.1 Accepted Cards
- CIB (Carte Interbancaire): Debit and credit cards issued by Algerian banks
- Edahabia (الذهبية): Prepaid cards issued by Algérie Poste
1.2 Card Requirements
- Cards must be active and have sufficient funds
- Cards must be registered for online payments with your issuing bank
- International cards are NOT accepted through SATIM gateway
2. Transaction Security
2.1 Data Protection
- All payment data is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols
- Card information is never stored on CineDZ servers
- Transactions are processed directly through SATIM secure gateway
- Payment pages are PCI-DSS compliant
2.2 3D Secure Authentication
- Additional verification may be required by your bank
- You may receive an SMS code or authentication request
- Failed authentication will result in transaction decline
3. Payment Processing
3.1 Transaction Flow
1. You review and confirm your order on CineDZ
2. You are redirected to SATIM secure payment page
3. You enter your card details on SATIM platform
4. Your bank may request additional authentication
5. Transaction is processed in real-time
6. You receive confirmation and are redirected back to CineDZ
3.2 Processing Time
- Successful Payments: Immediate confirmation
- Pending Payments: May take up to 24 hours
- Account Credits: Applied within 5-10 minutes of successful payment
3.3 Transaction Limits
- Minimum Amount: 50.00 DZD
- Maximum Amount: As defined by your card issuer
- Daily Limits: Subject to your bank's restrictions
4. Pricing & Currency
4.1 Currency
- All transactions are processed in Algerian Dinar (DZD)
- Prices displayed are final and include all applicable taxes

5. Failed Transactions
5.1 Common Reasons for Failure
- Insufficient funds
- Card not activated for online payments
- Incorrect card details
- Transaction timeout
- Bank security restrictions
- Exceeded daily/monthly limits
5.2 What to Do If Payment Fails
1. Verify your card details are correct
2. Contact your bank to ensure online payments are activated
3. Check your account balance
4. Try again after 15 minutes

5.3 No Duplicate Charges
- Failed transactions will not be charged to your account
- If you see a pending charge after a failed payment, it will be automatically reversed within 3-7 business days
6. Refunds & Cancellations
6.1 Refund Policy
- Credit Purchases: CineDZ credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Unused Credits: Credits do not expire but cannot be refunded for cash
- Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be granted at merchant discretion for technical errors
6.2 Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds: 7-14 business days to reflect in your account
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- You will receive email notification when refund is initiated
6.3 Disputed Transactions

- Provide transaction reference number and proof of payment
- Do not dispute with your bank before contacting us
- Resolution timeline: 5-10 business days
7. Receipts & Documentation
7.1 Transaction Receipt
- Electronic receipt sent to your registered email
- Receipt includes: Order number, transaction ID, amount, date, merchant name
- Downloadable PDF available from your account dashboard
7.2 Record Keeping
- Keep all transaction confirmations for your records
- Transaction history available in your CineDZ account
- SATIM reference numbers can be used for bank inquiries
