Welcome to CineDZ. By accessing or using any CineDZ platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Operator

CineDZ is operated by Elkeflux Creative Systems LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #32581, Casper, WY 82609, USA — Tel: +1 (307) 213-4013). Elkeflux is the merchant of record for all international transactions and holds global IP rights for the CineDZ platform.

For Algerian users and Algerian-produced content, local operations are managed in partnership with Echovision Films (Algeria), which holds IP rights over locally-created works registered under ONDA, and processes local DZD payments via SATIM/BDL.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use CineDZ. Some features require you to be 18 or older. You must provide accurate registration information.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@elkeflux.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By uploading, you grant Elkeflux Creative Systems LLC a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, distribute, and display your content within the CineDZ Services.

The CineDZ brand, platform technology, design systems, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Elkeflux Creative Systems LLC. Algerian-produced works registered under ONDA remain the IP of their creators or Echovision Films as applicable.

5. Credits & Payments

CineDZ uses virtual Credits as in-platform currency. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law, have no cash value, and expire 12 months after last account activity.

Payment processors by territory:

  • Algeria: SATIM & BDL (DZD) — processed by Echovision Films
  • International: Stripe & dLocal (USD/EUR/other) — processed by Elkeflux Creative Systems LLC via Mercury Bank

dLocal and Stripe international payment methods are being phased in. Availability varies by region.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: upload content infringing third-party IP; harass or abuse other users; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; use bots or scrapers without written permission; use AI tools to generate illegal or deceptive content; or circumvent geographic or payment restrictions.

7. Content Moderation

We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice. We operate a good-faith DMCA-style notice-and-takedown process. Contact: legal@elkeflux.com.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elkeflux Creative Systems LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. For Algerian users, local consumer protection law applies as required by applicable regulation.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time with 14 days notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
