Company Structure & IP

CineDZ operates under a territorial IP structure:

• Global IP & Platform Operations: Elkeflux Creative Systems LLC — Wyoming, USA. Owns and operates the CineDZ platform globally, manages international distribution, AI services, and international payments (Stripe / dLocal).
• Algerian IP & Local Content: Echovision Films — Algeria. Manages locally-created works, ONDA copyright registration, and Algerian payment processing (SATIM / BDL).

The two entities are affiliated under the Elkeflux ecosystem. This structure ensures compliance with both Algerian law (ONDA, DZD payments) and international standards (WIPO, US law, GDPR).
